1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MainteGO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and any associated websites, mobile applications, tools, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

MainteGO offers a software platform for property maintenance management, vendor coordination, workflow automation, financial tracking, analytics, and operational tools for landlords, property managers, and service vendors.

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice if such changes significantly impact your use.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform security.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse tenants, landlords, vendors, or any individuals.
  • Upload harmful code, malware, or disrupt platform integrity.
  • Send unauthorized or unsolicited communications, including SMS messages without proper consent.

5. Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

  • By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from MainteGO related to service updates, maintenance notifications, scheduling, and account alerts.
  • Message frequency varies based on activity. Message & data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact support@maintego.pro.
  • We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers or SMS consent data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Data may be shared only with subcontractors strictly to facilitate messaging delivery.

6. Fees & Payments

Certain MainteGO features or services may require subscription fees or additional charges. Pricing and billing terms are provided at the time of purchase.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, UI/UX, trademarks, logos, and technology are the exclusive property of MainteGO. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or use the platform for purposes not expressly permitted in these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

MainteGO may integrate with or rely on third-party software, vendors, or service providers. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or actions of these third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MainteGO is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Platform performance, uptime, or results.
  • Accuracy of analytics or reporting tools.
  • Actions or conduct of landlords, tenants, vendors, or third-party tool integrations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MainteGO is not liable for damages arising from:

  • Service interruptions or downtime.
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access.
  • Breach caused by third-party providers.
  • Financial, business, or operational losses.
  • Use of the platform by unauthorized individuals.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful activities, or fail to meet billing obligations.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any owed fees.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page when changes occur. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
